Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment and PayPal Accounts. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling:

Our standard shipping and handling fee is a flat $7.50 for up to 12 pairs of socks, $10.00 for up to 24 pairs of socks, anything over will be charged according to shipping weight standards. We use UPS or DHL as our main shipper. And TNT for our default shipper.

Delivery Schedule:

We deliver your order on the Friday of the week it was purchased. We will normally ship your order out in 2-3 business days anywhere in Canada and 5-7 anywhere in the USA. International orders are generally received worldwide within 10 business days (subject to custom delays in receiving country).

Tax Charges:

Tax applies according to Country (state and province). Please take note that effective June 1st 2010 Canada will be implementing the H.S.T. Tax
